Objective
- To host annual sales kick off of Signify in 6 different cities (Noida, Gurugram, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai).
Strategy
- The event was coordinated in two phases.
- One was the team building exercise which was later followed by the main event. The main event was held at Gurugram and was web telecasted to all other office locations.
- The team building activities had the global theme of Philips “Radical Collaboration” which we were entrusted with to conduct.
- We emphasized on 5 basic underlying principles of Radical Collaboration i.e. Collaboration Intentions, Truthfulness, Self-Accountability, Self-Awareness, and Awareness of others and Problem-solving and Negotiating.
- We devised various activities stressing on the core of Radical Collaboration to build a strong mutual connection among the team such as Barter puzzle for problem-Solving and negotiating, Chinese whisper for truthfulness and many more. Through these light-hearted fun activities, we were able to convey the theme to the employees.
- Big screens for web telecast, cube branding, standout, and danglers were used to embellish the event area.
- We designed the center stage as an island setup to keep everyone eyes glued to the main event.
Face-off
- There were around 1300 employees who were to be managed at various locations.
- Conveying the main theme of team building “Radical Collaboration” through nonchalant pursuits gave many sleepless nights to us enthuse teams.
- As the center stage was themed as an island, so the console was no way in the premises of the center stage. Real-time execution of audio controls, stage lighting and ambient lighting of the hall was a challenging task.
