- To organize Philips Lighting Annual Kickoff to brighten up the path of employees, 2016
Approach
- The idea behind this event was to match the theme Ignite with Philips Lighting Strategies for 2016 by making it relevant and meaningful for the entire team.
Face-off
The venue was specially designed with multi-layer LEDs to justify the theme Ignite and was kicked off by the CEO. The setting, the ambiance, culture, and unbridled celebration created memories of a lifetime.
- The team overviewed together their past experiences, growth patterns, learning areas followed by break up sessions for Individual teams.
- The evening gala was based on theme Racers Night (inspired by Formula 1) to speed up the excitement and zeal among employees. Rewards & reorganizations set the context for the evening.
- Bollywood singer Shweta Sharma then performed an impressive unplugged set of her own numbers, setting the stage for a final performance by DJ Varun.
- After such entertainment, the crowd couldn’t stop themselves and asked for more and more.
