Objective

  • To plan an in-house team building task for GE Employees through which employees can gel up with each other from different departments.

Strategy

  • To enhance Individual responsibility at a given level or stage for a perfect turn around.
  • Build a rollercoaster using aluminium pipes, wires and instruction map for the ball to roll from top to bottom.
  • Everyone’s responsibility will lead to a strong foundation of a project, task or goal.
  • The Rollercoaster highlights effectively how the team/organization stands to gain when all smaller units within the team/organization are working in sync with the others and with a common goal.
