Objective

  • To plan and execute the two product launches; i.e. media and key costumers of Signify IOT: Interact.
  • To unmask the logo of INTERACT.

Strategy

  • As we were launching a next-gen lighting product, we created an entrance using Laser Grid Tunnel and hologram projection which created a futuristic impact to the launch premises.
  • The launch had to be illustrious so we deployed KABUKI screen, an interactive technique to make the launch and logo unveiling a grand affair.
  • We set up experience zones of the product, so the audience would get a real feel and sense the future of the lighting world.
  • To ensure the night ended on a high note Augusta band was chosen to perform.

Face-off

  • As there were two launches one for media personnel and other for the key costumers within an hour gap, we had to create two whole new setups.  Different seating arrangements, new set designs, reassembling of projection screens and kabuki curtains had to be done in the given time constraint and pulling that off efficiently and flawlessly was a daunting task.
  • We had to sensationalise the event as the lighting of the future, there wasn’t any room for the conventional old school lighting themes and schematics. We thoroughly planned the lighting schemes, pattern and tried various configurations of coloured LED and Lasers to set the right visual aesthetics.
  • To link the pre-function area and the experience zone with the underlying gist of INTERACT, so as to create a wow effect on the audience.
