Overview
- To create a family gala day and commemorate the excellence of the employees
Approach
- As the annual gala becomes a burden to the family members especially the children, we created two themes one of which was specially dedicated to the tiny tots.
- To lift up the aura of each and every employee the award distribution was followed by an entertainment night studded with famous singer Shadaab Faridi, led drummers and dazzling dance troupes.
Face-off
- The event saw over 800 participants.
- The great Indian circus, a separate theme was created for the kids, where they were engaged with different games and activities.
- To make the event a visual treat, we created a vintage thematic stage, fog projection, and the anti-gravity photo booth was set up.
