Challenge: Create a high-energy, transformational kick-off event for 1,000 BD associates at Andaz Aerocity with seamless transitions and immersive experiences.
Solution: A 2-day spectacle blending technology, theatrics, and celebration under the theme "Fuel the Future."
Execution:
Grand Opening: Musical welcome with large-format LED setups and corporate theme reveal
Day 1 Evening: "The Brave Heart Awards" featuring 100+ nomination films, complete set transformation
Day 2 Opening: Theatrical leader entrance with bike entry, thematic content merging technology and human interaction
Grand Finale: "Parampara Night" showcasing employee performances, multiple themed dance groups, DJ, and professional entertainment
